KINK, KBOI, and KLAX.
VFR (Visual Flight Rules) conditions occur when visibility is more than 5 SM and the ceiling is greater than 3,000 feet. Refer to the figure below to determine which station is VFR and IFR. Note that LAX is not IFR because SCT007 is not considered a ceiling (only overcast and broken layers are considered ceilings). For more information, watch the “How to Read METARs” videos.
